I'm Lily- a graphic and web designer based just north of Seattle. Designing innovative and interesting artwork is truly my passion, and I love incorporating this passion into artwork for other people in their endeavors. 

 

Rate: $23 an hour with a retainer fee of 50% of the projected total cost. (The remaining balance being due upon completion of the project).
